basically, the level of corruption is entrenched as a barometer for assessing governance in cameroon. in spite of the efforts made to eradicate corruption, the level is certain deficiencies in the political, social and moral. corruption becomes a criterion of epistemological interpretation and understanding of the company is: "where there is corruption, the scope of the minimum, it can be concluded that there is a deep malaise.that being said, it is clear that corruption creates winners and losers. what about the victims?even if they are forced to do some petty corruption as gray or white, there, there is a need to recognize that the poor are the most affected by social stratum, the effects of corruption.corruption in cameroon has, incidentally, the issue of equality among all citizens. there are good reasons to believe that as long as corruption has such an impact on cameroonian society, only the more fortunate, and individuals with a broad network of knowledge will be able to have access to public services, administrative duties and rights. in this respect, sévérin, abega said corruption, "we're afraid to face a more rich than you, or someone that is considered to have a higher social or financial capital."
